Sadly searching the AutoCAD 2020 Help files Autpdesk does not provide any Help or Info on what cloud connectivity will encompass or what is considered compatible.

However, This one new feature could very well replace more complex storage systems and the need for onsite storage servers and replication!!!

”The feature will initially support .DWG files, allowing users to access their entire .DWG library stored in Microsoft OneDrive and Box without storing them locally.
