With nearly 25 years in the industry, Troy brings a unique perspective as an industry leader in Bluebeam customization, implementation, and training. From design review to specialty subcontractor estimating to electronic plan review, you’ll find Troy traveling the country teaching workflows to customers and cities of all sizes and skill levels.  

Ken Phelps is a Senior Technical Specialist with U.S. CAD and a Bluebeam Certified Instructor and Consultant. He has been helping customers implement design and design review technology for over 20 years. Ken has been a highly rated presenter at the Bluebeam Extreme Conference for the last 3 years.
